Hello all-

It was great to see so many old and new faces at our meeting yesterday! If you weren't able to make it, I've attached the "A" and "B" summer training schedules. If you've run cross country before, you should follow the A schedule. If you're new to cross country, use the B schedule.

We're all looking forward to a great cross country season! If you do the summer training, and believe in yourselves, your teammates, and your coaches, YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH MORE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE!

If you have graduated or otherwise would like me to remove you from our email list, please reply to this email and I will take care of that. We'll start our summer group runs on Tuesday, June 15th at 7:00 AM at CSU's track.
